Why aren't prices shown on the website?
Prices and payment plans change with each release and sometimes by unit. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll send current figures for the exact home or plot you're looking at.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Most of our homes and plots can be paid for in instalments. Ask about the terms for the unit you like.
How do I know a property is genuine?
Every property we list comes with documented title (C of O, R of O or Deed of Assignment), and we arrange site inspections on request so you can see the land for yourself.
Can I buy from abroad?
Yes. We regularly work with Nigerians in the UK, US, Canada and Europe, with video tours and updates at every step.
What are your fees?
Our fees are discussed upfront, with no hidden charges. Ask us for a full breakdown.
How long do documents take?
It depends on the property and the district authority. Documentation is typically complete within 4 to 8 weeks of final payment.
